Who We Are

MobileAction is the industry's premier SaaS mobile user acquisition platform, providing customers with products to optimize Apple Search Ads campaigns, ASO, and creatives. With headquarters in San Francisco and 10+ offices worldwide, MobileAction serves 1000+ SaaS clients as an official partner of Apple. We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team and take charge of managing customer relations, driving upsells, and renewals.

Reporting to the SVP of Revenue, the Director of Marketing will be leading our strategic marketing initiatives and driving the growth of MobileAction. As the Director of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute our marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including demand generation,brand management, customer marketing, and events.. This is a senior leadership role that requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team management skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Define and communicate MobileAction's brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement demand generation campaigns, leveraging various channels such as content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, social media, and events.
  • Collaborate on product marketing efforts, including the development of compelling messaging, sales enablement materials, product launches, and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • A deep understanding of mobile app marketing, Apple Search Ads, and App Store Optimization (ASO) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively present ideas to stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging marketing analytics tools and customer insights to drive results.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience using Hubspot.
