As the Director of GTM Systems at Deel, you will play a pivotal role in defining, optimizing, and enhancing our Go-To-Market systems stack and business delivery. You will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and managing scalable systems that support our GTM initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Architecture and Strategy: Develop and execute the roadmap for GTM systems, including our Sales CRM, Customer Success platform, sales productivity tools, and other relevant applications.
• Optimization and Integration: Continuously optimize existing systems, processes, and tools to drive efficiency and scalability across Sales and Customer Success functions. Integrate systems for seamless data flow, customer journeys, and reporting.
• Collaboration and Alignment: Partner closely with leadership on key initiatives identified in the business to ensure business delivery and audit compliance.
• Develop system governance and design that adapts to speed of a high-growth business
• Own (requirements gathering, scoping, design, develop, test, deploy) core system changes to Salesforce and related system integrations
• Be an expert in what the GTM team does on a daily basis and determine ways to automate/improve through the revenue tech stack.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a world-class team responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing GTM systems. Provide guidance and support for their professional development.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or tech company, with a deep understanding of GTM strategies and systems. Experience supporting a global sales team with at least 500 quota-carriers.
• You are a certified Salesforce developer with Lightning experience
• You have a strong understanding of quote to order process
• Technical Proficiency:You have experience managing system integrations with GTM technologies like CPQ, sales productivity tools (such as call recording and analytics platforms, and prospecting platforms), and customer data enrichment providers
• Experience with JIRA, ZenDesk, and middleware solutions between core systems are a big plus
• Co-manage the sales operations technology budget, sourcing, and vendor relationships, including vendor due diligence and elements of contract negotiation.
• Partner with the Enablement team to create and disseminate tech/tools training.
• Exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated record of highly effective collaboration within complex cross-functional environments
• Demonstrated experience driving process automation and significant efficiency gains amongst systems users
