The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank’s products and services to potential and existing customers. The role requires an energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven individual with strong sales and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales efforts.
- Promote and cross-sell the bank’s products, including savings accounts, loans, and digital banking services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of the bank’s financial products.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions based on their financial needs.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the bank’s values at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of banking products and services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English and Swahili.
