The market leader for Mānuka honey products in Europe - Mānuka Health - is looking for a Digital Store Manager in Europe (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

In this exciting and important role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Mānuka Health websites and direct-to-consumer webshop. The aim is to drive sales and margin through the platform and build Mānuka Health's distinctive brand story through our website and direct e-commerce activities.

Your Tasks:

  • Development and implementation of email, search and social media campaigns, as well as implementation of the campaigns in the webshop.
  • Working with the marketing content team to develop and implement a promo calendar for the webshop's home and landing pages
  • Identifying strategies to increase online sales and acquire new customers.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to improve and optimise the webshop's offers, revenue generation and conversion rate.
  • You are part of the global digital marketing team. Working closely with marketing to identify new advertising opportunities and implement editorial and content features/page layouts in line with the product strategy.
  • Support the Senior E-Commerce Manager to drive growth and visibility of the brand on external marketplaces and with retail partners.
  • Track KPI metrics and develop ROI analyses.

What you bring to the table:

  • Building on a successfully completed degree or comparable training (marketing, IT or e-commerce), you have at least 3 years of practical, professional experience in a comparable position in companies or agencies
  • Knowledge of Google and social media marketing and SEO
  • Ability to confidently take on tasks and manage aspects of the business independently
  • -Strong verbal and written communication skills; this job requires frequent interactions with our vendors and customers, both online and in person, as well as close collaboration with other staff.
  • Website and database management and/or the ability to quickly learn new platforms
  • Proficiency with Shopify, Klaviyo, Excel, Adobe Suite, HTML and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Knowledge of graphic design and Adobe Suite, Figma is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of website creation or programming is an advantage.
  • Business fluent in English
