Brief
This role requires you to communicate effectively, improve visibility across the CI/CD pipeline, implement effective automation & continuation processes, monitor, train, collaborate while managing tools, and drive continuous improvement to make sure the requirements provided by the client are implemented by developers at the highest level of efficiency, innovation, and quality.
Your day-to-day tasks will require you to:
- Gather, analyze, review and document customer requirements, the scope of work, and project KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Implement and install various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructures and set development, test, release, update, and support processes.
- Plan the team structure, activities, and involvement while managing stakeholders and external interfaces.
- Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
- Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis and ensure bugs are fixed.
- Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
- Mentoring and guiding the team members, measuring and improving customer experience, and meeting all KPIs.
- Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer.

Required profile for job ad : DevOps Engineer
To be able to perform this role effectively, you must have the following skills:
- Experience setting up and managing servers (Linux and/or Windows-based infrastructures)
- Excellent understanding of at least one core coding language.
- Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL and/or Mongo.
- Excellent troubleshooting issues and resolving bugs.
- Working knowledge of various software project management tools, open-source technologies, and Cloud Services.
- Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles.
- At least 2 years of actively working in DevOps roles and/or senior software development role.
