Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children (MOHCDGEC) with financial support from CDC/PEPFAR is looking for enthusiastic, creative and energetic individuals whom will work under contractual agreement to fill the following vacant positions:

NATIONAL AIDS CONTROL PROGRAM (NACP)

Job TitleData Technician (2 Position)

Location: Dodoma

Reporting to Head Strategic Information Unit – NACP (2).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Check the reporting rate summary and validate data entered from the districts into DHIS-2 for Care and treatment, sexual transmission infection and KVP data, HIV Testing and Counselling (Provider Initiated Testing, Voluntary Counselling and Testing, home based Community Testing)
  2. Provide feedback to Data Manager on observed outlier/discrepancy from the DHIS-2 database, in order to make follow

Experience and Qualifications:

 

  1. Certificate in computer applications or Medical Records or related
  2. Good interpersonal and leadership
  • Computer literacy will be an added
  1. Three years working experience in data
  2. Strong communication including proficiency in English and Kiswahili languages and computer
  3. Age limit: 50

Terms of Employment: 7 months Contract (Renewable based on Performance and availability of funds).
