Description
Main Purpose:
To generally provide assistance and support to the Chiropractor within the practice. As an Assistant, you will be involved in all aspects of the running of the practice.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Run the welcome desk
2. Answer guest enquiries, concerns, make appointments and take payments face to face and over the telephone
3. Produce any necessary administration for the practice as required e.g. filing, photocopying, producing letters and reminders
4. Keep daily account records and reconcile the receipts at the end of the day
5. Monitor and follow up outstanding accounts
6. Manage third party payers and suppliers
7. Follow all office / practice procedures
8. Monitor stock levels
9. Banking
10. Keep the practice clean and tidy
11. Assist with the running of marketing campaigns e.g. establishing databases and contact of third parties
12. Attend and contribute to management / practice meetings, as and when required.
13. Commit to the Tenets of the practice.
14. Undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post that may be required from time to time.
