Customer Service Manager (1 Post)
Customer service is the bridge and information center of the sales service center, which plays a role in contacting inside and outside. The service level and quality of the customer service staff directly affect the overall work of the customer service department. Therefore, the customer care supervisor needs to make a work plan and lead the customer service to do a good job in sales.

1.1 Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:
• Daily management of customer service, including attendance and billing
• Responsible for customer service team training, incentives, management and assessment, and optimizing customer service quality in all aspects
• Reasonable arrangement of the work and scheduling of customer care team
• Responsible for the work inspection of each post in the department, responsible for organizing the staff training in the department, and case practical training once a week.
• The customer care supervisor follows up and reminds the customer care to issue orders every day to verify the accuracy of the various documents
• Confirm the orders that were not opened the day before in the system every day
• Confirm the orders that have been paid and have not been loaded
• Confirm whether all the booking orders are already opened
• Confirm whether the driver has loaded the goods

1.2 Education, Professional & Work Experience
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing
• 3 years working experience in which 1 year must be in sales industry and 1 year in 1 year in other related jobs
• Proficient in product knowledge
• Familiar with sales rules and procedure
• Understand sales policy
