The job in a nutshell
As our Customer Marketer, you’ll play a key role in serving the 10,000+ companies that trust TestGorilla to transform their hiring. Every year, our customers use TestGorilla to help evaluate over 7 million candidates, and your mission will be to create initiatives that deepen engagement, boost product adoption, and inspire advocacy among our customers. Collaborating with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement, you’ll ensure our customers’ needs are met while driving business growth.
You’ll spend time on the following
Customer advocacy & storytelling:
- Build and manage case studies, testimonials, and user stories. Drive reviews and manage relationships on platforms like G2 and Capterra.
- Implement programs that highlight customer success, such as newsletters, events, and webinars.
Campaigns & retention:
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase retention, and drive product adoption.
Content creation & insights:
- Own the creation of resources such as how-to guides, training materials, and customer-centric marketing assets tailored to the customer journey, and enable the Customer Success and Account Management team
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform future campaigns, product updates, and positioning.
- Build and share performance reports that demonstrate the impact of customer marketing efforts on key metrics.
Customer experience optimization:
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Account Management, and Sales Enablement teams to plan and communicate feature launches, provide materials that equip Sales to effectively communicate value during expansion and upsell conversations, and ensure customers maximize the platform’s value to drive loyalty.
