JOB DETAILS:

Open-minded, sales-positive, enthusiastic, and results-driven, we are looking for an Online Sales Agent to assist operations on online travel agents platforms (OTA).

Proactive and customer-oriented, you are comfortable to work with computers. You are comfortable with multitasking and communicating with several interlocutors.

Your core responsibility would be to manage contact with guests, handle bookings, ensure the follow-up and the personalized safari for them.

WORKPLACE:

Stone Town, Zanzibar.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

    • A friendly, sociable character
    • Computer literate
    • Able to work with numbers
    • Fluent in English and Swahili
    • Excellent typing skills
    • Patience

This role requires flexibility. This isn’t a 9-5 job. Working hours, adaptable, punctual, and a go-getter for a challenge, your role is to make things work for guests and for our business. You will be keen on bringing a warm, personal, and kind communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer inquiries from customers from all platforms.
  • Manage customer bookings from start to end, including follow-up.
  • Ability to update and manage data in ExcelWord, calculation.
  • Check stock and availability.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
