We are hiring for a Crypto Quant Execution Trader (Systematic + Development) to join a crypto-backed stablecoin firm

The firm;

• They're building a crypto-native structured product protocol designed to deliver scalable, secure dollar liquidity from crypto collateral.
• Think of it as the "BlackRock of DeFi" meets systematic quant fund, with the same rigor you’d find at a global investment bank — but fully on-chain

And they've turned some pretty big heads in the DeFi space already after closing out a $6.5m pre-seed round

The role;

• Design, implement, and deploy systematic strategies that drive the protocol’s core financial engine - executing trades across CEX, DeFi, and RFQ platforms
• Work closely with the Head of Quant to build strategies, support live deployment through Talos and custom infra, and monitor performance in real-time
• This is a hands-on role that requires strong coding ability, deep market intuition, and operational fluency in both DeFi and CeFi execution environments

Experience needed;

• 2–5 years in systematic trading, execution, or quant strategy roles (crypto or HFT ideal)
• Good xp in model building, backtesting, parameter optimisation routines, execution engine design, and performance tracking
• Production grade Python skills
• Familiarity with OEMS, OES, CEX APIs, DeFi execution protocols, or custom trade routing logic
• Understanding of OTC/derivatives, delta-neutral, hedging, or structured yield strategies

Package;

• $150k USD base salary
• Bonus (equity/tokens/cash)
