A leading iGaming and Sports Betting company in Tanzania is looking for a data-driven CRM Manager to lead customer engagement and retention strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative CRM strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Plan and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Implement smart segmentation and personalized communication to enhance the player journey.
  • Manage automated player journeys, ensuring relevant and timely interactions.
  • Optimize promotions and bonus offers to align with player preferences and business goals.
  • Leverage customer data and analytics to refine campaign performance and user engagement.
  • Define and track key CRM metrics (retention, churn, reactivation rates).
  • Collaborate with BI and data teams to develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize messaging, offers, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Design and manage loyalty programs to drive long-term player value.
  • Develop tailored VIP and high-value player engagement strategies.
  • Partner with customer support teams to enhance overall player satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on customer feedback and trends to refine retention initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align CRM efforts with business objectives.
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with Tanzanian regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep CRM strategies cutting-edge.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a CRM role within the iGaming or Sports Betting industry.
  • Strong understanding of player lifecycles, segmentation, and retention strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Optimove, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Data-savvy with expertise in analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, marketing automation, and multi-channel communication.
  • Familiarity with Tanzanian iGaming regulations and player behaviors is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to turn complex data into actionable CRM strategies.
