About the job

As the face of your location you’ll be the first point of contact for your members. You’ll run point with day-to-day tasks to ensure operational success and help make the member’s experience the best that it can be.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

Operations

·       Manage day-to-day community operations to exceed member expectations and uphold quality and standards of the firm.

·       Conduct member feedback analyses to address opportunity areas and create action plans

·       Develop and maintain relationships with third-party partners to ensure efficient and effective operations and oversee completion of work orders

·       On-board and welcome new members warmly by managing their move-in process.

·       Review and submit accounts payable invoices in our internal systems, and identify trends and ways to reduce costs while still maintaining our high standards.

·       Ensure education and enforcement of the firm's policies and procedures for all members.

·       Be the first point-of-contact in your country and responsible for sourcing clients on behalf of the company.

·       Be responsible to represent the company in a professional manner to any prospective

·       client.

 

Sales

·       Manage leads and tour pipeline in our Customer Relationship Management platform

·       Create and implement outreach, lead generation, and sales conversion strategies with local and corporate team to help maintain occupancy goals

·       Assist with updating the marketing platforms to attract new clients

·       Help develop marketing ideas to reach new audiences.

 

About you:

 

Qualifications:

·       College graduate with four-year degree

·       6+ years of experience in Management consulting, sales, or operations

·       Experience in customer service

·       Financial literacy, project management and business operations experience a plus
