Airswift is looking for a Cost Engineer to work with one of our customers in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania.

Main Roles

• Monitor costs through use of PROJECT software, forecasts and analyses.
• Preparation of necessary documentation for processing of payments.

Responsibilities

• Consolidating data from man-hour databases using respective tools to generate periodic reports and prepare the Application of Payments for services.
• Provide cost and forecast data to Project Controls Group.
• Responsible for coordination of cost updates for services and analyses of the cost/forecast data.
• Support management of PROJECT Cost control system.
• Execute cost and change control in accordance with PROJECT procedures and be able to estimate small/medium changes.
• Import and verify data from finance and procurement systems in cost management tool.
• Produce timely cost /status/trend reports for Project Controls Group.
