As part of Aqua Cool Limited's expansion plans, we are looking to hire 2 Corporate Sales Executives to be based in Dar es Salaam. Candidates currently, or who has worked previously in a similar role will be given preference.
Our list of clients include, reputed Banks, Embassies, Corporates, Government Institutions & NGO's. We are seeking candidates who are confident of managing existing clients, generating leads, conversion & provide excellent customer service. You will be working with a team of highly motivated & efficient sales & operations team who ensures on time delivery & service.
This role is fast-paced in nature, requires strong capabilities to work with cross-functional teams and to interact with customers in both commercial and technical regards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Achieve sales targets for assigned Clients for Drinking Water, Hot Beverage Vending solutions & other products.
- Develop and implement key account plans, self updated about tenders related to ACL's range of products & services and submit tenders on time.
- Manage and track sales leads using various sales tools viz. google sheets, Hubspot. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Work closely with commercial and operations team to provide on time delivery / service.
- Update management with market intelligence on competition, new product requirements, upcoming projects.
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their requirements, act as a consultant & recommend solutions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in marketing, sales, or business administration preferred.
- At least four (4-6) years of corporate sales experience.
- Leadership Qualities.
- Good knowledge of working on computers, use of MS Office, Google Sheets.
Other requirements:
- Candidates with motorcycle/two-wheeler driving license will be given preference.
- Language: Excellent written & communication skills in Kiswahili & English.
