JOB DETAILS:
Duties & Responsibilities.
• Prepare, cook, and present high quality dishes.
• Follows good preservation standards for the proper handling of all
• food products.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standard.
• Opening, closing procedure of the kitchen & operate kitchen
• equipment.
• Follow recipes including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.
• Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area and be able to maintain
• personal Hygiene
Education and Qualification.
• You should ideally have at least certificate or diploma in Food and
• Beverage from recognized college.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Be able to work in a standing position and handle extreme heat.
• Knowledge of standard procedures and policies pertaining to food
• preparation, storage, and sanitation.
• Awareness of menu items, their recipes, methods of production and
• presentation standards.
• At least 3 years’ experience cooking in a well-established restaurant
• or hotel.
• Ability to work under pressure
