As the Head of Growth, you will take ownership of the marketing strategy and its execution, lead and scale the marketing department and train and mentor a team of marketers so they gain in efficiency and autonomy.

Required profile for job ad : Content & Social Media ManagerWhat you’ll need to be successful:

  • Proven successful experience in growing and scaling a marketing department
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven successful experience in mentoring and leading marketing teams
  • Experience in fast paced B2C ecommerce, marketplace start-ups in fast growth
  • Strong knowledge in paid advertising, SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing
  • You have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets
  • You have a strong ability to balance hands-on execution and strategy
  • You are a great problem solver, with a flexible, can-do attitude
