Job Responsibilities:

  1. Content Development:
    • Craft, edit, and optimize content for a variety of platforms, including websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
    • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and supports business objectives.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate fresh, creative ideas into content production.
  2. Marketing Support and Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement content-driven campaigns that support business growth.
    • Assist in creating compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online advertisements.
    • Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
  3. Public Relations and Media Engagement:
    • Write press releases, articles, and other content for external media to enhance brand presence.
    • Build and nurture relationships with media outlets to increase company visibility.
    • Track media coverage and assist in maintaining the company’s positive public image.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, competitor strategies, and emerging trends.
    • Use insights to fine-tune content and marketing approaches for maximum impact.
    • Measure the success of content and marketing efforts through data-driven analysis.
  5. Administrative and Coordinative Support:
    • Liaise with other departments to gather information and ensure smooth content production.
    • Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of content and marketing materials.
  6. Communication Management:
    • Support internal and external communications to maintain consistent messaging across all platforms.
    • Prepare reports on content performance and marketing results, focusing on metrics such as engagement and conversions.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Mass Communication, Education (particularly in Arts or Language), Human Resources, Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Legal fields.
  • Postgraduate diploma or diploma in a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Experience with marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Must reside in Pwani region, preferably Kibaha, Mlandizi, or surrounding areas.
