Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges.

Manage and monitor subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring their performance aligns with project requirements.

Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.

Proactively address and resolve any issues or delays that may impact project timelines.

Coordinate with the project management team to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Site Manager in resort, hotel, or other large-scale projects.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, regulations, and safety protocols.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.

Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., BuilderTREND, Procore, or equivalent).

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
