We are seeking for Writers, Reviewers and Evaluators with English & Swahili native-speaking fluency and domain expertise across a range of subject matter domains to assist in the development of AI technologies.

We are looking for individuals who can not only craft compelling and accurate written content but also excel at providing high-quality reasoning traces.

Role Responsibilities:

• Research, create and edit short-form written content (examples are short blog posts, emails, brief essays, story synopses, summaries, cover letters, etc.) while adhering to factual accuracy and style guidelines for voice and creativity
• Analyze and evaluate short-form written content for factual accuracy and adherence to style guidelines
• Provide high-quality reasoning traces that:
• Break down a problem step-by-step: Clearly and logically explain the thought process behind solving a problem, making sure to include all relevant information and assumptions.
• Solve problems without skipping steps: Avoid making leaps in logic or leaving out crucial information that is necessary to arrive at the correct answer.
• Arrive at the correct answer: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the subject matter and the ability to apply logic and reasoning to reach the desired outcome.

Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent writing skills, as evidenced by writing samples, work history, and academic coursework
• Professional writing experience preferred (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree and / or relevant experience, with certification or graduate degrees preferred in selected subject matter domains:
• 4th year B.Tech. Student, Graduates with a background in mathematics and 1-3 years of experience
• 4th year college students and graduates from domains of Arts, economics and ethics
• 0-2 years experience in Legal Domain
• Graduates with a background in mathematics with 740+ GMAT Score
• Graduates from domains of Arts, economics and ethics.
• 2+ years experience in Legal Domain
• Native English speaker
• High level of creativity, logic and reasoning skills
• Able to work independently and with a low level of supervision
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide clear and concise explanations of complex concepts
