Assist country assistant manager and marketing specialist to handle whole works about trainers. For instance: plan and organize online & offline training for trainers; assess trainers performance; figure out problems in trainers team

Work content

1. Help company execute BF Suma trainers plan 2.Plan and organize quarterly training of trainers 3. Organize monthly online training 4. Figure out problem of trainers team 5. Assist company running 6. Visit and contact with trainers regularly 7. Make training marterials and assessment papers 8. Achieve the number of trainers goal

KPI

1. Daily behavior assessment (clocking-in, training report… ...) 2. Achievement rate of different rank of trainers 3.Carry on trainers team program on time 4. Handle problems about trainers team 5. Complete work to do list

Requirment:

Educational background:  Medical & Training background

Language requirment:  English & Local language.(Have ability to translate English into local language)

Proposal ability:  Have ability to produce proposal own

Work experience: No less than 1 year work experience & know how to organize program

Software ability: Be professional at Microsoftware (PPT, WORD, EXCEL)
