DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLO

1.Involves in Public relation,community consultants,calls for tender and other methods approved by Project Manager based on the policies and guidelines of the programme.

2.Organizing and conducting community needs and assets assessments.

3.Assisting with procurement activities for consultancy and non consultant services including preparing terms of reference,request proposals,evaluation reports and contract documents.

4.Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and members of the public.

5.Maintaining confidential documents and files.

6.Using negotiation and conflict resolution skills to resolve issues quickly.

7.Preparing reports,correspondances and other documents to support community updates.

8.Facilitating conversation between relevant community members.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

1.Proven experience as a Community Liason officer or similar role

2.Excellent Communication skills

3.Bachelor degree in Community Develeopment or related field

4.Experience not less than 2years.
