Job Opportunity: CEO/Cofounder (International Innovation Competition Project)

About the Role

We're seeking a visionary CEO or Cofounder with global perspective and entrepreneurial drive to lead our team in the International Talent Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition. You'll spearhead pitch presentations, resource acquisition, and post-competition establishment in places like Hangzhou, with opportunities to win up to 5 million RMB in funding and comprehensive support packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Competition Strategy & Execution

• Develop winning strategies and refine business plans/pitch decks to highlight technological differentiation and market potential
• Lead end-to-end competition participation (preliminary, semi-final, and final rounds), delivering compelling presentations to expert judges

• Resource Mobilization & Market Entry

• Establish connections with Hangzhou government agencies, industrial parks, and VC firms to facilitate company registration and operations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with competition requirements (e.g., establishing legal entity in Hangzhou within 1 year)

• Global Collaboration

• For international teams: Bridge cultural and operational gaps (contract translation, localization strategies, etc.)

Qualifications

• Professional Background:
• 3+ years in tech startup leadership or executive roles, preferably with successful fundraising/pitching experience
• Interested in Chinese/Asian markets, particularly Hangzhou/Yangtze Delta ecosystem (e-commerce, AI, biotech, etc.)
• Core Competencies:
• Exceptional public speaking and negotiation skills (English preferred)
• Strong technical commercialization acumen with ability to articulate business value
• Preferred Experience:
• Previous international competition awards or cross-border expansion leadership
