Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers as they enter the shop and offer assistance.
• Listen to customer needs and preferences, providing appropriate product suggestions.

• Assist customers in fitting rooms, offering feedback on outfits and sizes.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, styles, and clothing brands.
• Have a deep understanding of the store's merchandise, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Educate customers about the quality and uniqueness of products to drive sales.

Sales and Upselling:

• Actively engage customers and encourage them to make purchases.
• Upsell additional items, such as accessories or complementary clothing pieces.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through effective customer interaction and suggestive selling techniques.
• Participate in shop promotions and sales events to maximize revenue.

Store Maintenance:
