We are seeking an experienced and personable Client Relationship Manager to oversee and strengthen relationships with our clients. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensure client satisfaction, and work to foster long-term partnerships. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, providing solutions and recommendations to achieve their goals.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Monitor client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver on client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding their accounts and performance metrics.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market changes to better serve client needs.

Requirements:
