Regarding the position:
This is an entry-level position. You’ll be working directly with our high-net-worth clients to help them implement their international plans, from incorporating companies in Hong Kong to applying for St. Lucia citizenship. You will be responsible for coordinating with our suppliers around the world to get the client’s work done on time while ensuring their complete satisfaction. No two days are the same. A great personality, attention to detail, and a “no excuses” attitude are required. No experience is necessary, we will provide all the necessary training, but a background in customer service with international clientele and project management will be a plus.
Role includes:
- Work directly with UHNWI clients assigned to them.
- Handle all aspects of executing their client cases.
- Advise their manager of any issues with the case, or any hiccups that could potentially lead to bigger issues in order to prevent them on time.
- Communicate with existing external vendors, including but not limited to banks, government offices and lawyers.
- Adding to our professional network by researching, contacting and vetting new external vendors that would benefit our business. Including but not limited to tax advisors, agents and banks.
- Collect documentation for clients and assist with filing their applications.
- Self educate and understand Nomad Capitalist programs and ask for training if required. Case Officers should be able to simplify and break down the processes and steps for client’s plans.
- Practise effective time management to reach milestones and execute plans within promised time frames.
- Answer client emails and communications quickly and professionally to maintain high customer service standards.
- Build strong rapport with clients and seek opportunities to upsell and offer them additional services
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills, knowledge of western cultural etiquette, and professional dress
- Positive, "can-do" and "no excuses" mentality
