Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or related option and technical sales, with a passion for skills development and software technologies. This role will involve promoting and selling our specialized training programs to industry professionals, companies, government entities, and organizations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our client base in construction market of Tanzania.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the engineering and infrastructure sectors to promote our training programs.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our CAD, CAM, CAE, GIS, and BIM software training programs to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, addressing their training needs and ensuring they understand the benefits of our programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in civil engineering technologies to effectively communicate the value of our programs.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote Nziza Global
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the civil engineering or training sector
  • Strong understanding of CAD, CAM, CAE, GIS, and BIM technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address client needs
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
