My leading Financial Service client is looking for a Citrix Desktop Engineer, to play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Citrix environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, security, and reliability of our Citrix infrastructure, with a focus on Netscaler, PowerShell scripting, SCCM, App-V, and M365.

Key Skills And Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Citrix infrastructure, including Netscaler, PowerShell scripting, SCCM, App-V, and M365.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Citrix desktop and application delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Citrix performance and user experience.
• Implement and maintain security best practices in alignment with IT security principles.
• Participate in planning and executing system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Must-Have

• Minimum 5yrs proven experience as a Citrix Desktop Engineer or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Citrix technologies, including Netscaler, PowerShell scripting, SCCM, App-V, and M365.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Experience with hybrid working environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V) are a plus.
