We are looking for an experienced CHINESE SPEAKING RESTAURANT MANAGER to be Second in Charge at the restaurant located in Dar Es Salaams famous entertainment establishment. The restaurant is part of a growing casino group. The restaurant serves international cuisines with a large part of Cantonese cuisine as most of clients are Chinese tourists and businessmen.

Skills And Experience Required From Restaurant Manager

• Fluent in Chinese and English NON NEGOTIABLE
• At least 4 years experience in upmarket restaurant, on managerial position
• Working experience in hospitality industry from China will be a great advantage
• Excellent operational skills Front and Back of House
• Ability to work with budgets
• Outstanding communication skills and understanding of different cultures
• Excellent knowledge of Chinese cuisine
• Ability to train and coach staff
• Passion for an excellent customer service

Start: As soon as possible however, the client is prepared to wait for the perfect candidate.

• Basic salary USD 2200 (take home)
