We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director to manage our daycare center in Iringa Municipality. The Daycare Director will oversee daily operations, staff supervision, compliance with Tanzanian childcare regulations, and the development of educational programs for children aged 1 to 6 years.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daycare staff effectively.
• Ensure adherence to Tanzanian childcare laws and safety standards.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate learning and recreational activities.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and the local community.

• Preference will be given to residents of Iringa Municipality for all roles.
• Be ready and able to perform any other relevant duties, designated by superior
• Roles such as ICT Experts and Drone Operators should highlight familiarity with local cultural sensitivities.
• All staff must demonstrate a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing environment for children.
• All staff must be conversant (as per National Guidelines for Establishment and Management of Community-Based Day Care Centres) with: -
  • Code of Conduct
  • Basic Competencies of a Child Care Worker
  • Safety and Security (including Child Protection and Safety Procedures, and Health Care and Hygiene)
