Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
As the CEO, you will be the driving force behind the Company’s strategic vision. We are seeking an inspirational leader with a proven track record in the financial services sector to guide the company to new heights. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the Company’s strategy by including developing new product line, generating and/ or maintaining competitive markets.
- To have excellent analytical thinking skills to study financial markets performance and make decisions on investments that can make most returns.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
- Ensuring a business growth through underwriting of new businesses and premium revenue collection. Qualifications for this Position:
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science.
- At least 7 years of experience in senior management life insurance business, pension schemes, asset management business and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills to study financial markets performance and make decisions on investments.
- Excellent inter-personal communication skills, strong facilitator with excellent leadership skills.
