Overall Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of the crew galley and prepare all crew meals according to company menus.
- Ensure crew satisfaction with food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Adhere to company safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a CDP Chef/Senior CDP in an upscale setting (hotel, resort, cruise ship).
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Computer proficiency in programs like Excel, Word, and potentially culinary software.

- Operational Effectiveness: Ensure food availability, adhere to USPH standards, collaborate with Head Waiter, maintain equipment, suggest improvements, and ensure galley cleanliness.
