Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes with consistency and quality
• Maintain hygiene and kitchen safety standards
• Assist in menu planning and ingredient sourcing
• Supervise kitchen assistants and ensure timely food preparation
Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine (minimum 3 years)
• Professional culinary training is an added advantage
• Knowledge of traditional and modern Chinese cooking techniques
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of taste and presentation
