Job Description
This is a part time job where you work from home and will be assigned tasks/sessions to complete on a daily and weekly basis and submit daily/weekly activity reports to your line manager. Our focus is on quality work and would like to hire individuals who are professional and responsible.
Responsibilities
- Develop effective job coaching and employment plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their goals and ambitions
- Assist clients to discover and overcome their personal barriers and set goals
- Assess the strengths of individuals and teach them to use them effectively
- Provide coaching in effective job search techniques
- Monitor and evaluate progress of clients
- Keep records and documentation and prepare appropriate reports
- Complete weekly task/session KPIs
- Submit daily/weekly activity reports to Line Manager
- Assist in social media marketing campaigns
Required
- Must have a laptop
- Must have a smartphone
- Ability to work Independently
- Experience in developing employment plans
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent language and communication skills
- Must have experience teaching/consulting people
- Min Bachelors in Psychology/Sociology/Human Resources or any related social science
- Min 1 year's work experience required
