JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Call center specialist, you will do it all (customer service, claims, loans prolongations, collection notification). Your primary function in the collection role is to prevent late-loan through reminding Borrowers about loan due date in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring that customer will pay on agreed terms - partly (prolongation) or fully. WHAT DO YOU DO? (Duties/ responsibilities)

  • Prepare pre-collection files and assist in the collection process.
  • Make outbound calls, reminds customers pay on-time.
  • Evaluate the customer’s financial ability to pay on time. Provide solutions for loan prolongation, handle prolongation procedure. Control the implementation of prolongations.
  • Answering customers questions on inbound calls (Loan terms\ Where to pay\ Prolongation \ Claims), send information via sms/email/Messages upon customers’ request.
  • Make a full daily report to the superiors via Excel
  • Had expertise of collection CRM systems, Eager to understand its principals
  • Following up the result of all collections activities which have been done to see how it is successful.
  • Provide feedback to Head of Operations on bottlenecks, suggest potential improvements
  • Participate in testing of new approaches in pre-collection
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Coach the newcomers about pre-collection Roles and Responsibilities, Be as unformal leader in your professional field
  • Others duties upon request

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Good verbal / written communication skills (driven voice, good pronunciation)
  •  Clear communication. Attentive to detailes,
  •  Ability to handle difficult or irate customers effectively and deliver bad news.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Applicants with experience in similar area (banks, debt Collection companies, etc.) are preferred.
