Role Details

Here's what you'll do:

  • Partner with VPs, SVPs, and C-suite leaders at Fortune 500 companies to accelerate their career advancement
  • Drive measurable business growth through client renewals, upsells, referrals, and reactivations
  • Learn our comprehensive program, including 50+ training modules, templates, and tools to better coach our clients
  • Advise executives through mindset shifts and behavior changes using powerful questioning and accountability
  • Manage relationships with 100+ high-level clients across multiple communication channels

Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of Consulting, Client Success in High Ticket B2C, or Executive Coaching
  • 7+ years of corporate or business experience
  • Proven track record of delivering 2-10X growth in your domain
  • Demonstrable experience with corporate/executive clients
  • Track record of building successful client success programs end-to-end
  • Tech savvy: CRMs, Excel, ClickUp
  • Executive presence with polished business attire when on camera

Nice-to-Haves:

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree
  • Experience within a fast-paced, high-growth organization
  • Experience within high-ticket coaching and HR/Recruiting

What We Offer

  • USD $4,000 – $5,000 / month (full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week)
  • 100% remote
  • Monday-Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM Central time
  • 6-8 weekend work periods per year during peak launch seasons
