About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role is ideal for results-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong understanding of B2B business development across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across regional and global markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support lead generation and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals and presentations that meet client needs.
  • Support the negotiation and closing of commercial agreements.
  • Track, analyze, and report on business development activities, KPIs, and pipeline performance.
  • Represent the company in virtual meetings, industry events, and client engagements.
  • Stay informed of market trends, emerging sectors, and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Previous experience working with or within holding companies or diversified businesses is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM tools, and business growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a plus.
