YOU Spices Enterprise is the private agricultural company legitimately registered in Tanzania Mainland. The company foremost focus is on production, value addition and marketing of horticultural crops and cereals.
The company also, provides agricultural consultations, installation of Agricultural technologies and advisory services to farmers and other actors along the food and agriculture value chains.
You Spices Enterprise invites applications from suitably qualified Tanzanians candidates to fill the following vacant positions below... .

Duties:
• Providing accurate information and advising farmers about their business
• Document write ups, especially business plans and business proposals
• Participate in making production and marketing plans of the company
• Represent the company in meetings and negotiations
• Train farmers on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) on different crops, especially cereals and horticultural
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superiors

Qualifications:
• Must possess a masters or bachelor degree in Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness from any reputable higher training institute
• Have any experience in working with farmers and agribusiness projects write ups
• Flexibility, initiative, good communication and commercial awareness
• Willingness to work overtime as required
