JOB DETAILS:
FJB HR Brain Company Ltd on behalf of our Client who is a large Manufacturing Industry based in Tanga. We are currently looking to recruit two suitably and qualified individuals to work in the Positions Operations Manager and Business Development Officer. Both roles report directly to the Chief Executive Officer in performing their duties and responsibilities.

Business Development Officer
The Business Development Officer is responsible for leading the Business Development Unit by formulating work programs for planning, investment, and marketing the Company products and its services, and supervising the implementation of such programs.

Specific Duties include:
• Directs the business development activities of the company and drives the new sales business for the company playing key role in the company’s bottom line.
• Give recommendations to management on the strategic marketing and sales of products and services patterns in and outside the country based on economic fundamentals and social organization.
• Creation of interface between sisal farmers, AMCOS and product buyers
• Establish and nurture relationships with both our external customers as a ‘link Manager’ and internal customers, contributing to the successful implementation of the Company’s Customer Relationship Model (CRM).

Job Requirements:
• Holder of a Degree Business Administration, Investment, Finance or its Equivalent
• At least three years of relevant work experience in business development and investment, 1 of which in managerial post
• Good Communication Skills and problem solving
• Good interpersonal skills and network working skills
• Postgraduate in the same field is an added advantage
