Job Purpose
As a Business Development Manager within our Managed IT Service department, you will facilitate the acquisition of new customers taking in to account the appropriate profile. You will also deliver new line of business wins within specified existing customers.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop a sales pipeline that meets the company strategic plan within the identified sectors to achieve sales targets, turnover and profitability in line with the sales plan through a combination of new business, additional services, retention and solutions to exceed client expectations and create a competitive advantage.
  2. Identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new customers base and establishes a strong presence in the market.
  3. Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  4. Research and identify the needs of companies and customize solutions best suited for them.
  5. Contribute to the development and delivery of the business unit strategy by reviewing the business trends, sales performance, with translation to developing strategic plan or roadmap that management team can act upon.
  6. Manage sales interactions with partners and customers to sell the company’s services effectively, ensure successful bids and resolve any customer issues.
  7. Development of compelling client propositions that meet customer / market needs.

Requirements: Work Experience
 Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B business development role and working in an ICT company

 Dynamic, ability to multi-task, work in a team, under pressure and own initiative, and to close a sale.

 Excellent spoken and written communication skills and with a proven ability to present to high level stakeholders in a confident and mature manner.

 Able to take a proactive position in understanding client needs and providing viable solutions

 Ability to work on own initiative and be a self-starter, prioritizing work with minimum supervision and work under pressure.

Education and Qualifications
 Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field or in ICT
