Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to accelerate our growth in Europe across High-Growth (Mid-Market) and Enterprise accounts. This role focuses on relationship-driven, service-led consultative selling. You will leverage strong storytelling skills and a deep understanding of the digital content ecosystem to build a robust sales pipeline and drive revenue.

We are looking for a hunter with proven success selling content services to senior marketing leaders (Director to CMO level), within global or multilingual organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently identify new business and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
  • Engage and influence marketing decision-makers through compelling sales presentations.
  • Understand client needs within the broader digital ecosystem and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Develop winning sales strategies in collaboration with internal teams (Strategy, Operations, and Creative).
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM reporting.
  • Lead renewal processes in coordination with delivery and account teams.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in content services.
  • 3+ years in consultative selling within an agency or marketing services environment.
  • Proven ability to exceed quota and build strong client relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and cross-functionally.
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability; confident engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.

Preferred Technology Experience

  • Salesforce for opportunity and pipeline management.
  • Outreach and ZoomInfo for prospecting.
  • Gong or similar conversational intelligence platforms.
  • PowerPoint for client-facing presentations.
