Redhastag is a business founded in 2019 by Palak Panchal, a seasoned entrepreneur. Our founder established the 3D Printing Association to develop new products utilizing 3D printing and promote awareness about the technology. We implemented our experience in this sector, and Redhastag arose from the founders' enthusiasm for design and 3D printing. The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Developing and promoting the sale of company’s services to architects, MEPF Engineering design companies, infrastructure project developers and contractors.
  • Identifying prospects with respect to BIM (Building Information Modeling) Services & maintain a healthy pipeline of projects.
  • Assisting the Business Head in Converting the Leads into Clients.
  • Analyzing the BIM Market Trends & Identify the new markets for business expansion.
  • Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
  • Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
  • Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and competitive proposals.
  • Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
  • Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these.
  • Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people.

Ideal Profile

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of a proven track record of selling BIM (Building Information Modeling) services
  • You have good knowledge of MEP, Structural & Architectural work in AEC industry
  • You are familiar with latest technologies in AEC industry such as BIM (Scan to BIM, 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D) etc.
  • Experience covering Real Estate is strong plus.
  • You have a knack for B2B sales and are very comfortable mapping accounts, identifying and engaging the right person and converting prospects to customers.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
