Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to explore, cultivate, and build relationships with enterprise customers for our Web Based service working with technical sales executives.

Since 2015, we have been successful in development of IT services, and acquisition of customers in Kenya Uganda and Nigeria; with a multi-national team from Kenya, DRC, Uganda, Nigeria and Japan. For further growth and empowerment of our team, we need you now.

 

1.Scope of work

  • Build relationships with customer in the areas of manufacturing and distribution
  • Search and contact new customers in the areas of manufacturing and distribution
  • Generate leads via Cold calling or other means and organize first meetings with customers
  • Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business and technical needs and apply our solution knowledge to meet those requirements.
  • Plan how to close customers and agree on term base on the initial calls and meetings
  • Let directors make decision to start the project
  • Other administrations

 

2.Requirements

  • 2-3 years' IT business experience
  • B2B sales experiences are plus
  • Goal oriented and persistent
  • Flexible in working with a small multi-national team

 

3.Working conditions

  • Working hour: 8:30am -5:30pm
  • Working day: Monday – Friday
  • Compensation to be discussed based on his/her capability and experience
  • Probational period will be 3-6 months
  • Long-term employment decision to be made by the end of this period
