JOB DETAILS:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Proactively initiate contact with potential clients
• Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business
• Persuade clients sign search contracts on exclusive and/or retainer basis
• Assist clients in formulating their expectation and contractual requirement
• Search the labour market and identify potential clients
• Conduct introductory meetings with corporates in order to secure businesses.
• Maintain strong relationship with clients and ensure high standards of service
• Maintain healthy business relationship between the team internally, and between the team and the external clients.
• Prepare monthly business reports as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, business administration, Human Resources or any related field
• Candidate must be from an HR Agency minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development
• Previous experience in providing service in an Office Setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills
