Cedar Wood Recruitment is currently looking for a Business Analyst in Tanzania for a hospitality group.

Requirements:
• CA or BCom Finance. Master’s degree would be beneficial.
• Competent leader, can lead and motivate a team and also assist in building a company for the future.
• Hospitality background is also essential.
• Single.
• They candidate must display good finance knowledge / experience be able to do financial modeling.
• Outgoing and personable – not a typical bean counter.
• The ideal candidate must be tech savvy as the company is moving over to a system called Xero for accounting and they have multiple additional applications plugging into Xero through API’s i.e. – Sales and Marketing / HR / POS / PMS – good systems knowledge would be a great advantage.
• Core business is ownership and management of high end luxury camps and lodges we also have a DMC business.
• Strengths in simple and clear financial reporting both management accounts and full financial statements.
• Clear understanding of a company’s cash flow cycle.
• A passion for the environment.
