Job Description

This is a full-time position. Management experience is highly preferred, but we also welcome candidates who are fast learners with a strong work ethic.

The role requires the ability to lead and manage a team of young adults (ages 19-27), fostering teamwork and unity while maintaining firm discipline to ensure professionalism and a strong work ethic among staff. Experience in staff management, handling disciplinary matters, and HR-related responsibilities is highly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt and attentive service at all times.
- Monitor and control waste to minimize loss and maintain proper serving sizes.
- Oversee the visual presentation and quality of products, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance.
- Manage closing stock, track inventory levels, and place orders as needed.
- Complete daily afternoon and closing checklists, including sending video updates to management via WhatsApp.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all times.
