BRANCH MANAGER - RETAIL
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the automotive branch.
• Manage and lead a team of automotive technicians and office staff.
• Ensure that quality automotive services are provided and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Set and track branch goals and objectives.
• Implement strategies to improve productivity and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive service standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Manage branch budget and maintain operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management and order new supplies as needed.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews

Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Automobile Engineering, or any related field
• At least three (3+) years of experience as an Automotive Branch Manager or similar role.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Understanding of business operations, budgeting, and inventory management.
