We are a leading tile manufacturer expanding across East Africa. Our Tanzania branch in Dar es Salaam is seeking a dynamic and self-driven BM Sales Specialist to join our export sales team, focusing on French-speaking markets (such as DRC and Madagascar).

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day export sales operations.
* Monitor and report on market trends and competitors' movements.
* Support execution of sales and marketing strategies.
* Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore new markets.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or above.
* Fluent in French (mandatory).
* Must possess a valid passport or be eligible to obtain one upon onboarding.
* Strong learning ability and resilience under pressure.
* Previous experience in sales or export is an advantage.
