This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at our supermarket located at sable square in Arusha. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking customer orders, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee shop, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Barista will maintain and clean the coffee equipment, restock supplies, and handle cash transactions

Qualifications

• Barista and Food Preparation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the foodservice industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
