Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the bar and lounge. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory, stock control, supplier relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of bar operations and mixology.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
